WebIs GNUstep a GUI graphics/widget low-level toolkit? In his docs GNUstep mention that it has some IDE for developing programs with GUI. But I only found info for installing GNUstep on BSD. No info about intalling hid IDE. Could his IDE be installed on GNU/Linux?
