Use your fingers to … Web8 feb. 2024 · Basically the roof is jammed and won't open at all (not even into 'sunroof mode') Instead of the usual windows coming down, sunroof mode, etc, it made a few clicking sounds in the boot, then went on to make a rather loud noise as if the motor to pull the clips open and the roof back is turning but the clips aren't unclipping at the front.

Two of my previous MINIs had a squeak coming from the sunroof while closed. I used BMW/MINI's Gummi-Pflege to revitalize the seal and that resolved it.

You can then re-press the open button to have it fully opened. According to past cars experience, the first stop (at 90%) is usually the sweet spot where the wind isn't too disturbing at higher speed.
