This works great, but users don't seem to empty their recycle bin very often (or not at all). This means that a good portion of server storage is wasted on $RECYCLE.BIN files. Things that I have done so far that have not resolved this issue include: -Cleared the CSC using the "FormatDatabase" registry key and rebooting. -Checked to make sure that the files were not encrypted (no encryption). -Checked the permissions on the server for the folders.

(In most cases, this will be the C: drive, but you shouldn't hardcode that value because it won't always be true. Instead, use the %systemdrive% environment variable.)
