WebbOk so I had this glitch once and I think what I did to fix it was I rebuilt the stairway, but in such a way that an empty square was the top of the stairway, which caused the floor to reappear. Then delete stairs and repeat for each empty square. I can't remember if you have to delete the room or not to do it though.
